The Baxi 800 is a cracking little boiler which fits easily into a standard kitchen cupboard. The integral filling loop makes for easy filling of the heating system and gives that little bit more space saving for them tight areas.

The Baxi 800 comb 2 are available in 24kw, 30kw and 36kw, including a Adey Micro filter in the box. Baxi 800 Heat Only Boiler Installation

Don’t let the name fool you, these boilers are far from regular. However they are also known as heat only which is a more accurate title for this style of boiler. This is because the boilers only function is to heat up the water there no pump or other components inside the boiler casing that is installed in a system or combi boiler. These boilers are very compact and fit perfectly inside a kitchen cupboard. They work with both vented and un-vented cylinders.

A top of the range installation service including a Adey magnetic filter, a Esi RF programmable thermostat or upgrade to a HIVE/ Nest smart thermostat, Worcester system cleaner, Worcester inhibitor, a scale reducer, a shock arrestor, any radiator without a TRV(thermostatic radiator valve) upgraded to a TRV and a system flush.

Our boiler installation experts will arrive on time with all materials required to carryout the installation as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will start by introducing themselves and have a quick recap of what the job entails, before beginning to protect your property with dust sheets. They will find a safe place(agreed with you) for all tools an equipment which will be required to be stored during the installation. Then they will get to work decommissioning your existing boiler and heating system, this will mean turning off and isolating both the gas and the water for a period of time, the duration will vary from installation to installation depending on what is required. Once they have decommissioned and removed the necessary boiler, tanks, pipes etc they will start installing the new boiler and reconfiguring the pipes from the heating system, gas, cold and hot to work with your new boiler. Once that is completed a system cleaner will be added for flushing the heating system, once it has be flushed to BS 7593:2019 as part of the commissioning process. Once the boiler and system has been commissioned and tested, the team will clean up and explain the workings of your new boiler.

With over 20 years of experience not only in the installation of Baxi boilers but, the service and repair of Baxi boilers. We have seen them evolve from what they were 20 something years ago to what they are now. Because of this we understand what the most common issues which arise with these boilers are. And, unfortunately, these issues are mainly incorrect installation or service of the appliances. This is where we come in, not only will we install your boiler but, we will remind you every year when it is due for its service. To ensure that everything is working as it should be. In regards to the operation there is nothing different between the two boilers, they are identical. However the Baxi 600 comes a with 7 years warranty and no magnetic filter, but the 800 series includes a magnetic filter and 10 years manufacturer’s warranty.

Not necessarily, your heating system does however require a chemical flush to remove flux and other things associated with a new boiler installation. But, depending of the quality of the water inside your heating system you and your boiler may benefit from a powerflush. E the water inside your existing heat system is black the more likely than not your system will need power flushing. This will prevent unnecessary boiler failures and comply with the terms and conditions of your your warranty. For more info on power flushing.

Baxi 800 boiler installations start from as little as £2200 for the Heat only, £2500 for the 825 combi and £2499 for the 818 system boiler.

Baxi 800 boilers come with a manufacturers warranty of 10 years.

As part of the Baxi 800 warranty terms and conditions it states that the boiler must be serviced every year by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. We can help with this for more info.
