We have addons which can be bolted on to your membership to increase the value you receive from us. These addons allow you to customise your memberships and really take away the expense of some issues which occur with your heating system.

Essential Care

The essential care package is our entry level package, which comes with a boiler service and a loyalty discount of 5% off all our other services.

Premiere Care

The Premiere Care is our 2nd tier package which boast of a boiler care service including burner seals and inhibitor top up also more available appointments for your boiler service. In addition to this an amazing 10% discount on all products, and services.

Ultimate Care

The Ultimate Care is our third tier heating care package which includes everything in the Premiere Care package and replacement radiators, radiator valves, external heating pump, timers and room thermostats. Loyalty rewards included are 10% off other services, 20% off boiler spares, 20% 0ff of a new boiler and 50% off of boiler repair labour, also included is addition a times for boiler servicing including evenings and weekend appointments.

The Complete Care package is the our highest care package which includes everything in the Ultimate Care with the plumbing addon and a 5 year chemical flush. Loyalty rewards 20% off other services, 100% off boiler repairs including parts, 30% off new boiler installations.
